I'm an engineer by day, experimental cook by night and mommy/wife all day long. This blog started as a place to keep all my recipes that throw together each day but will also document my family's migration to Real Food. Our son Noah had issues with the food I was eating early on via my breast milk which lead me to completely eliminate all dairy, gluten, soy, chocolate (yes, he owes me big for that one) and caffeine from my diet. At first I was kind of down about it but I had dappled with the GAPS diet during my pregnancy. Although not taking it very seriously at the time, I started to after Noah was born. This blog will not only show the recipes that worked for us, but also how real food has made a difference in our lives.
